Description

Discover how the Ajax NVR works in a real setup, how to add it in the app, how to connect cameras, and what to watch for when comparing Ajax cameras with third-party devices. Ajax says its NVR supports ONVIF and RTSP, and its apps include a wizard that simplifies setup by retrieving network data automatically. In this video, I walk through the Ajax NVR from first setup to camera integration on desktop and mobile, then review the configuration experience, Video Wall usage, and a basic network exposure check. Ajax documents app-based NVR onboarding, adding IP cameras from the Devices tab, and desktop viewing through a Video Wall interface. 0:00 - Introduction 0:09 - Description 6:58 - Install through Desktop 8:56 - Install through App 10:35 - Add Camera through Desktop 12:34 - Add Camera through App 13:22 - Add Dahua through Desktop 13:56 - Add Mobotix through Desktop 14:25 - Configure NVR 18:35 - Camera Configuration 30:32 - Other Cameras Configuration 32:07 - Video Wall 34:37 - Port Scan 34:56 - Firewall 37:02 - Conclusion I also compare what it looks like to work with native Ajax cameras versus third-party IP cameras, because Ajax states that video devices support ONVIF and RTSP and can integrate with third-party surveillance ecosystems and VMS platforms. This video is useful if you want to understand whether the Ajax NVR fits a home or office surveillance setup and whether its ecosystem works for mixed-camera environments. Ajax describes the NVR as a network IP video recorder for video surveillance and supports adding IP cameras through the Ajax app. #AjaxNVR #SecurityCamera #ONVIF Follow me on X: https://l.samayas.eu/jo3eaYEf3E?P=YT&V=38 Buy me a Coffee: https://l.samayas.eu/jX6xL7EWhd?P=YT&V=38 Studio Equipment Camera Sony Alpha ZV-E10 II: https://l.samayas.eu/k7y90TREl0?P=YT&V=38 Secondary Camera Obsbot Tail Air: https://l.samayas.eu/iFQu9WfmCw?P=YT&V=38 Elgato Prompter: https://l.samayas.eu/fHVrqqXtSc?P=YT&V=38 Microphone Rode Wireless GO II: https://l
